In other words, the Necro tunic (As well as Elementalist btw) is not available from a collector in Pre-Searing Ascalon anymore, unless there is a particluarly hard to find collector.

There used to be one who wanted colossal jawbones for it in Regent Valley south of the keep, but that particular NPC is no longer there.
