WTB slayers axe vs. undead

In need of a MAX DMG axe.
I need 15% or more dmg vs undead
Would like to have % dmg bouns when health is above 50%
Or -10 to energy with 15% dmg when health is above 50%

If it has any other mods on it then that is fine.
Style or color makes no difference to me as well as the reqs…my axe skill is maxed.
I am also willing to buy the upgrade if that is all you have.
