im a bit slow.. but which dist exactly is the frog located in.. also does it matter if your in the US server or European Server in order to see the frog talk to you?

There was some CRAZY action in the intl districts today. It was a lot of fun ^^
I wish i had taken some screenshots but alas I was not at my home computer. Too bad, I know there are videos and what not tho. I think some people were in there all day. I know I must've spent about 3 hours waiting for that silly frog and sync dancing lol.
I was in dist 1, too bad i didn't get in 2

Make the Frog appear there in Lions Arch, and then after a few more people show up as he babbles about whatever hints, we make him grow 300 times his size and start killing people, then multiply into 2, 4, and so on until Lions Arch is being murdered by Frogs.
