Lost Skill Indicator?

Hello Fellow Guild War-ers,

Hmmmmm ... somehow I seem to have (suddenly in-game) the icons that appear in the upper left that indicate which skills are currently active.

I might have hit a key turning them off accidently?

Does anyone know how to control that capability?

In the upper-left corner of the screen are the icons of the skills that affect you over time, such as Enchants, Hexes, Stances, Shouts, Glyphs, and so forth. They only appear when they're affecting you; when they flash, that means that they're about to wear off.
