The most expensive armor in the game

Does anyone know how much the ost expensive armor would come up to, along with the ectos and items that require the armor?

120 ecto, 120 obsidian, 60k gold. Ends up with a pricetag of just under 2 million.

Fissure...

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do you get the Fissure armor? I assume you have to be in the FoW to get it? I've only played down there once or twice and my party got owned each time.

so all you need is 60k money and the materials for ALL the pieces of armor?

yes.. 15K per piece, same materials as the 1.5/15K armors except you'll need shards & ecto's... you then have to go to FoW and do the Forgemaster quest's to get to the crafter who will craft the armor..

and btw, getting the materials will cost quite a lot of money :P

Stupid question, I know, but is there a difference between Fissure armor and 15K armor?

1.5K = Droknar's right?
15K = Where? Do you need materials or just 15K?
Fissure = Already explained

1.5K = Droknir's
15K is at the Grotto & Citadel, you need the same material's as the 1.5K armor and each piece costs 15K

Difference between 15K armor and FoW armor is purely cosmetic.. and the fact you need ecto's and shards to craft FoW armor..

do a search through the Screenshot Exposition forum for "FoW armor" or "fissue armor" or something similar.. you'll find there's a few threads full of pics already...

No, do what everyone does, get a Mo/W to lure everything off while you leisurely walk down to the Eternal Forgemaster.

Edit: wait a second, this is fissure. Oh well, just get a decent PuG and you'll be fine. Try your guild.

There are slight variences in the material requirements for 1.5K and 15K armor. For example 1.5K platemail armor I believe requires either iron or steel (can't remember which) 15K platemail requires deldrimore steel which bumps the material price up a lot.

Not sure whether this applies to the other character classes or not.

Or you could just get armor from the collectors in the desert that is as good as droks and remove the need to speed hours farming for cash in a vain attempt at impressing the dullards.

Where are the screenshots of the fissure armor, i looked in the screenshots area but none of them have names...

Wilko - really? So the 15K armor's need slightly different materials than the 1.5K armor? I'll admit I didn't know that. i've never gotten that far myself... and everything I've read on these forums as well as GWOnline's forums indicated to me that the material's needed were the exact same.

Jeddak - or you could realize that some people might enjoy getting FoW armor just to have it. It's a game and meant to be fun.. if they have fun getting the gold needed to get all the materials and then get to FoW fo the armor... then I say good for them.

omg.. I just noticed that if you put "FoW" into the search box... this site's search engine completely ignores it... No wonder some ppl might search for "FoW xxxx" and not be able to find what they are looking for...
