to use this on a boss do u have to kill it or can u use it mid battle

it used to be that you would do it right after the boss used the skill and before he was dead.
Now you have to kill the boss first then you use the signet. It'll pop up a menu giving you all the skills the boss uses and you can pick what you want (hopefully you're taking the elite
)

Aw... I bought 15 cap sigs, and I have all the elites already... I have to find all the other skills on bosses, as seeing 15 cap sigs every time you bring up the skills menu sucks
