How do i insert pictures in post plz

hi
I have tried inserting pics into forum posts but can only manage inserting thumnails via image shack.
Can someone plz tell me how to insert normal size pics plz

Use the direct link that is supplied by Image Shack, then throw [img][/img] tags around the link. Make sure the picture is no wider than 640 pixels though.

Or use the "Manage Attachments" at the bottom. It has a certain size limit with it.
