If i had a zealous string on my bow and i use barrage(e) would i get 6 mana back??

If it even hits 6 things, yes. Every hit with the bow; Barrage, Doubleshot, Just any shot will earn you 1 point of energy every hit.

However, since barrage hits 5 targets at most, you'll never get 6 energy back, only 5

i always use my zelos+barrage it makes the atack free

As for Dual shot, there is no way in hell for it to get you extra energy.
