PC : max dmg flamberge req7 13>50

like the title says, what would this be worth :

Crippling Flamberge
slashing damage 15-22 (req 7 swordmanship)
damage +13% (when health > 50%)
lengthens crippled duration on foe

i'll probably add a defence or fortitude pommel to it before selling it if it's worth some money (and i actually think it is)

anyone ?
