WTS- A Nice Gold Hammer

The hammer is, Sundering War Hammer of Fortitude, the stats are

Gold
Max dmg
req 10
15% Alwasy
10-10
30 Life
-5 energy

I have been offered 200k before I put the 10-10 sundering and 30 life things on it. Im not really looking for gold though. I need ectos (8.5k each, unless price at trader goes to 10k.) Or/and A 15% over 50% mussrat hammer, req 10 or less, other stats don't matter.
