Im looking for a tactics based shield; preferably an aegis/shield of the wing or a skeleton shield.
Looking for stats 40+hp or above (while enchanted)
-2 damage (while enchanted)
req must be 8 or lower (i will accept arm counts of 14-16)

I have something, not quite as high as you have asked for, but its a skull shield, +36 health while enchanted, req 7 tactics.

Ahh, too bad, I have a req 7 tall shield w/ +37hp while enchanted, didn't quite make it ^^
