Unid'd weapons

Can someone please give me a idea on what is a reasonable amount to charge for unidentified gold weapons (max dmg)?

Also how much does the requirement and the "cooleness" (chaos axe, stormbow etc) effect the price. Do most people buy them for unlocking or in the hope of winning the lottery?
