moding weapons

if a weapon has crapy mods can u just replace them all cause take a chaos axe im getting its max with +15% damage > 50% and it has poisinors shocking and a couple other crapy 1s can i replace them theres a 10k reward for a accurite awnser

No need for rewards here. If you attach another mod on, like say Fiery, it will just overwrite the Shocking. That's all.
