Ex Talionis [Law], Schindlers Fist [ouch]

Hey everyone. First post here ^^ My main character Garoth Isildar is a N/E20, Ascended, and just recently I've started playing in the HoH, at the Tomb of the Primeval Kings.

I was wondering what a good build is for a N/E playing in the HoH. At the moment, basically none of the skills on my skill bar are Necro skills, they are all Elementalist ones, majoring in Fire (I like nuking =P).

Is there any good builds that combine both Necro skills and Ele skills? I kinda spent up my refund points on making my air magic 10, getting the 3 Spiking skills, and realising that I need a teamspeak thing. And a microphone.

It would be great if anyone could help ^^

Cheers

N/E

My first character is a N/E, and I have used a number of builds with him in pvp. I would suggest, now that you have air, to go for blood magic as a second, and put the rest in soul reaping. I find that, with runes, I can get about 11 to 12 in blood, 11 in Soul Reaping, and 11 in an element of my choice.

Equip 4 or 5 air magic skills, and here's what I would suggest for the rest:
Life Siphon, Life Transfer (elite), Putrid Explosion, and Res Signet.

Putrid Explosion is Death Magic, but you'll be using this only as a means to 'use' any corpses before the opposing team can. Whenever you see someone go down, use putrid as soon as possible to keep them from building a minion army or from laying down wells or something.

Life Siphon is a pretty quick cast time and also quick recharge, which means you can tab through the enemies and apply this to all of them. At 11 blood, it gives -3 degen to them and +3 regen to you for 22 seconds. If you get all 8 enemies, that's +24 regen for 22 seconds.

On top of that, you've got Life Transfer for when you really wanna make one enemy drop. It does the same thing as Siphon, except it's +/- 5 for 11 seconds.

This build, when played by an alert player, can be quite effective in not only dealing damage (air spike and life transfer for damage, soul reaping for maintaining energy), but also in keeping your self alive (siphon on every enemy and transfer).

I've always thought max death, 11 curses, 9 soul n/e would kill.

Putrid (duh)
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Parasitic Bond
Lingering Curse

Cast parasititic bond on a monk. Then glyph + lingering. If they smite para/remove it, cast it again. Smite should still be recharging (unless the other monk(s)) carry it too (really a waste imo), and remove hex takes longer to cast then casting para bond. (this is the called target). Then have an emo run scourge healing on him/her and you have a dead monk. Rinse and repeat. Putrid when he dies btw.

Cast parasititic bond on a monk. Then glyph + lingering. PB and Smite hex are both 1 second casts, so I'd do glyph, then LC, then PB (quickly).

It's gonna take them a fraction of a second to notice the LC. Even a tenth-of-a-second is all you need. If you get PB on before they cast Smite Hex, they'll just remove the PB. Recast PB. LC stays on.
