Can't create GW accoutn on www.plaync.com

Howdy folks,

Have many people here bought GW entirely online through plaync.com?

If so, is there any trick to it?

I can't seem to get it working. I bought the registration code no worries, but when I go to the account creation section and then onto the GW specifc screen, it just keeps giving me internal server errors (no useful info, just internal error) when I click create.

I guess everyone here is online and playing successfully, but I'll ask anyway: Has this happened to anyone else?

I raised a support ticket over 24hrs ago, but I've got nothing back from them yet

Anyway, once you got the registration code, you should enter it in the Guild Wars game itself, not at NCsoft.

Be prepared for slow loading of many areas...

Yeah, I got a response and they said to create the account through the client, which worked fine.
I didn't realise you could do that, I thought it would all have to be sorted through the web site before I could use the client - ah well, live and learn.
