Skill points and exp....

I have three small questions:

#1. Can you keep gaining exp after you hit lvl 20 therefore letting you get more undo skill lvl things?

#2. Can you keep getting skill levels after you hit lvl 20? I know you get some from quests, but can you get them any other way?

#3. Can you keep getting all skills until you have all of them for your primary profession and your secondary profession?

yes to all questions. you keep gaining experience after level 20. this allows you to gain attribute refund points for every 250xp and 1 skill point for every bar you fill. in theory, you could gain enough skill points by doing this to learn every skill available to both your professions.

you can also gain skill points from fame and completing primary and secondary mission objectives.
