skill trainers in pre searing or after?

where can i get skill or buy them in pre searing?

ask any trainer you've encountered...the first quest i got sent me to my profession trainer right outside the city gate, they will send you to your next one if you ask them.

when you click on one a "where can i get more training?" option will pop up
