places to farm

hello, i want to know more places to farm in. places like augury rock (griffons) or riverside providans (tengu)...

I have 2 or 3 places that I use to farm when I feel like it but does the OP really think that anyone is actually stupid enough to post were they farm in here?

Nothing is wrong with the question but people have a fear that if the farming places they use become well known then anet will nerf them (i.e., make them less profitable). It has happened in the past. Whether or not it was due to publication on forums is up in the air.

I don't think it matters to be honest because I would imagine anet already knows the good places to farm. They did put the mobs there in the first place after all.

Yeah they already nerfed the griffons thanks to some BIG MOUTHS.

Its like asking where the good fishing spots are. If everyone knows they wont be good anymore. To many people.. scare all the fish away. yadda yadda yadda.

I personally farm right outside of Ascalon city, with all those hordes of baddies. Amazing drops, mostly purple and dye though.

Personally I like all of the Trolls out side of Forge... They really don't drop too many Gold or purple... but they do drop alot of salvage items (Raven staffs = 9 to 16 Wood = 10 to 12g per)
