You need to go to the account information page.
This is a quote from the Knowledge Base:
"If you should later upgrade to the Collector's Edition, or if you decide to have more than one in-game item by picking up an additional preorder package, you simply open your account information page and add the additional access keys in order to acquire the benefits of those additional products. In the future, you will use the account information page to add access keys for the new chapters, if you should decide to purchase them."
Sorry, I am at work right now and do not remember where to get to the account info page.
