PC - Perfect Sword (but 13req)

Im currently advertising this sword in the selling section, the current bid is 90k could someone experienced please tell me what a reasonable price to sell at would be?

i think you should salvage it and get the +30life sword pommel cuz they sell for 150k pretty easy

I would trying to sell as is since it is... 15>50, although there is a Req. 13, once again most swordsman warriors have 13+ in swordsman. Also... people are picky of certain swords they want to use, if no one is interested, salvage it... just think since there is only one upgrade on, not 2... so you should have a higher chance of salvaging off the pommel, or... getting the dreaded materials instead from a nice sword like that one, keep that in mind.

Sell it for 90K. If the salvage fails then you have a couple iron ingots. You don't salvage Max 15>50 swords even if they are req. 13. If you can't get 90K take 50K, but dont try to salvage that.

I'm gonna add my two cents here. If it was me, I'd probably salvage it, since you have a very good (maybe 75-80%) chance of getting the pommel. However, that is only because losing out on the 80k or whatever I'd get from selling the sword as-is wouldn't really bother me since I have a lot of gold. If you have like 200k or less, then I'd sell the sword as-is (but not for less than 75k). If you have more, then salvage that beast and get your 150k from the pommel.

Does anyone know the exact probablity of salvaging the pommel?

I'd sell it for 200K. I think there are people out there (like me) who actually prefer the falchion/scimitar to a lot of other swords. My favorite sword in the game is the silver longsword, but I would put the scimitar up there next to the fellblade for second place. (Lots of people would call me crazy, but the fact is the scimitar is underappreciated and objectively one of the better looking weapons in the game).

If it was req 12, I'd give you 200K for it myself, most likely. As a req 13, I can't use it, but some one some where can who likes the look of those swords. I'd try long and hard to sell it before salvaging that sword.

A little bird once told me that you have a 80% chance to salvage a mod from a weapon. I've salvaged many golds, purples, etc. and it seems to be fairly accurate....

So since you only have 1 mod on this weapon then it's 80% you will get pommel +30hp and 20% you will get steel/iron/wood/whatever.

DO NOT SALVAGE :P
Just sell it for 150k or so, that's my advice.
If it doesn't sell the first time, keep it in storage, and try it the next day.
