I've been using the 20% casting time wand and 20%/20% foci for PVP, but since all the XP i win is going waste without turning into spendable skill points, I decided to use my PVE char in the halls from now on. I got the +5 Insightful and +30 health on my 20%/20% staff and everything, but I still need to get the extra 20% casting time for that slight chance of winning more putrids on altar.
