Bone Idol Missing

Got my copy yesterday, played for a little bit, logged off. I log on this morning to play, check my inventory, and my pre-order Bone Idol's gone. WTF? Can anyone help me out here? Yes, I did have the Bone Idol yesterday while playing. Thanks.

Did you contact customer service? Are you sure you did not accidently drop it or sell it? Does anybody else know your password?
