I'm E/Me atm, but i'm going to try E/W with Balanced Stance to counter knockdown from Meteors.

The heart of this build if Armor of Earth+Kinetic Armor. For example, Hydra's Fireball hits with 124 dmg without them -> with both spells up, it deals only 20 dmg
So Meteor and Fireball deals 20 dmg and Inferno 22 dmg. The actual armor is 60+62+42=164 Use Stone Daggers to maintain KA, Stoning & Crystal Wave to deal dmg and Ether Renewal when you are low on ene+health. You could use Obsidian Flame instead of Stoning, but i don't think that wise because OF causes exhaustion.
With all enchantments up and and using Ether Renewal -> casting Stone Daggers heals 19+95 and gives 25 ene and Stoning gives 57+95 health and 25 ene. If you replace Aura of Restoration with Balanced Stance numbers would be (no matter what you cast) 76 health and 20 ene.
Any experienced ele can figure out the cast/action order, but just in case here it is:
AoR+EA+AoE -> get close to hydra -> KA -> wait for Meteor (not always the first spell) -> spam SD and Stoning. When you take group of 3, wait Hydras to surround you and then hit them with CW. Renew enchantments when needed.
I killed all the Hydras outside Augury (with few scary moments), so at least i can farm with this build. I never aggroed groups larger than 3. It's slow going and patience is needed, but the the drops are good.
