If this sword was max damage with the bonus that it has it would be worth something but the damage is so low that it really isn't worth much. You should use an expert salvage kit and try to get 1 of the upgrades from it and sell whichever one you get. the icy hilt I sell for 1k and the swordsmanship pommel would go for around 4k or 5k. good luck
