Can anyone please tell me can you use scrolls when u fight ur own dop, so you can have something like 150000xp?

As far as I know, the scrolls only increase the experience given for defeating enemies, not quest rewards and such (which is effectively what the ascension experience is). I could be wrong, but it's most likely a super-enhanced mission reward.

I'd imagine it only multiplies the ~100xp you get for killing him/her.

You got it right - scrolls give X2/X3 exp for "killing", not bonuses

i.e. added exp for completing a mission or quest etc.
