Not bad, I sold one that was ALMOST exactly like the one you have, BUT... My stats were...

Max DMG, Req. 11
+15% (stance)
Sundering 10% (9%)
Health +29

I got 45k for mine because of the ever so nice Req. You should be able to get 45k+ for that easily.
