If im not mistaken thats a /rank emote.

Cannot remember now the rank level for that particular emote.

Feel free to correct me if im wrong.

For emotes and Rank answers, use the Search function of the forums.

There are lots of threads regarding that matter.

But basically rank in gw, is achieved by the fame value your account has, wich is earned by winning the HoH for example. But searching the forums will get you more detailed info.

fame is gained by winning matches in tournament (tombs)
the /rank emote in the screenshot is the rank 9 emote. other emotes are a deer (rank 3) and a wolf (rank 6). Rumours going around rank 12 is a dragon, but haven't seen anyone with rank 12 yet ...

Rank3(180 fame) = Deer Head
Rank6(1000fame) = Wolf head
Rank9(?4800?) = Full Tiger
Rank12(?) = I heard its a dragon, but have yet to see it.

EDIT: They do exactly what the picture shows, nothing more. It's a way to show how much experience/success you've had in tombs.
