WTB: Max Fellblade see below for specs

This one or one like it, has to be a fellblade though.
Fire damage is ok also.
The thing I care about is the damage above 50 and the health mod

No one has something close to it, I can hardly believe.
Deos not have to be re 8 it can be 9 or 10

important thing is health >50 and the fortitude mod.

what about a fellblade req9 max dmg +13% dmg at all times?? -10 armor while attacking
