It's not max damage, but the mods are okay. Maybe it's better to salvage?

Salvage... my friend. Nice Req., BUT... it's not max dmg. Keep in mine that you WILL most likely salvage one of the upgrades off, but also get materials back instead. Good luck salvaging if you do.
