I'd like to buy a max strength-based (doesn't matter how high the requirement) shield, that offers both health enchanted (something plus 38 or higher) and -2 dmg enchanted. Obviously, it would be fine to have a shield that offers always health instead of enchanted. The firm requirements are strength based, added health and -2 dmg reduction. My current two shields are gold max (1) +44 health enchanted and (2) -2 dmg enchanted. So, basically, I'm looking for one shield that combines all that.
