W/N Build, opinions

I see alot of builds for war/nec but alot dont show anything about putting points into Str. Is this not a valuable attribute to put points into? I currently have:
hammer 10
str 10
curses 9
tactics 8
modified with runes and such

any suggestions on reworking this build?

Depends on what skills you use. I'd put more in the weapon (I use 12 sword on my warrior , one minor rune) simply because anything less than 12 is horrid for damage. 12 deals 100% damage of the listed weapon vs. 60AL opponents.
8 tactics should give you about 100 health with healing signet if I remember correctly.
Unless you plan on usign strength skills that really impact form the attribute level, strength is 1% armor penetration per level, meaning 10 is decent. 10 is like having sundering ALWAYS.
