hair is definately a big yes please for me...my main char is only a necro primary cause the monk girls all had terrible hair...i mean, does every monk girl have to shave some of her hair off?...and i wanted blue hair, and there wasnt any for the monks...shame, shame, shame

Wow this is a must! Anet please make this an additional thing for guildwars. This will make everyone happy except for those two arguing about bathrooms.

It's been suggested before, but it's still /signed.

This idea has to rank number one if the top 10 wants in GWs. A thread like this rears its head every month and everyone types /signed (along with myself), and yes we never see anything about it.

like the idea of chaging ur hair style or even dye it, not in this post but do not agree with changing ur whole appereance since thats not very realistic, but hair, why not?! PINK HAIRS ALL OVER LA FTW!

ANET---look at this thread--it shows not one person dosnt aggree with a hair stylist.-- great idea. Hope it happens.

nobody seems to believe Anet when they state that an account once created CANNOT be altered and your characters appearance is part of that account.

use search as a quick look turns up this which is only PART of the first of 19 pages of *original* ideas

I asked a lot of people about what ANet said about this. They obviously have a good reason, but no one has said the source and people have come up with different reasons for why they can't do it. Is there any source stating why that cannot do this?

Also, when people's hair had become changed on accident, were they also changed in the Character Creation menu? If yes, then it was an override problem. If no, then there is a chance that it can be done.

Furthermore, I like the fact I can recognize guildies or friends I play a lot with just by their face, hair or armour. Making this alterable would destroy that.

I would sign this if this meant having to KEEP your old hairstyle, but getting the option to add to it with higlights, extensions or just ornaments.

I would definitely not want to see people just changing their characters' appearances entirely. You chose it, stick with it. It's what other people recognize you as.

They wouldn't change their character's appearance entirely, only the hair. Unless you mean that that will end up changing the whole way they look?

It will. Hair is one of the most denoting features in Guild Wars. Change it and your character will look entirely different. I assure you people you've been playing a long time with won't recognise you anymore if it wasn't for the name underneath your toon. It's something I don't support, as the toon is your representation in the game. If you don't like the way it looks, craft it more carefully next time.
