Kindle Arrows and Ignite Arrows seem to be almost the same skill when applied... Both fire damage under the wilderness attribute...
Kindle Arrows - Preparation
For 12 seconds, your arrows deal an additional 3-20 Fire damage.
5 energy, 2 prep, 12 recharge
Ignite Arrows - Preparation
For 12 seconds, your arrows explode on contact, dealing 3-15 Fire damage.
10 energy, 2 prep, 12 recharge
Kindle arrows seem obviously superior, and I dont see why anyone would choose ignite arrows over them. Remember, they both fall under same attribute.
Only differences -
Kindle does 3-20, vs Ignite at 3-15 (Kindle has possibility of doing 5 more) Kindle clearly wins here
Kindle takes 5 energy, ignite takes 10
Kindle wins again
The only difference I see which may put ignite ahead, is the fact that for ignite, "your arrows explode on contact"...
---> Does the exploding do anything, or is that just eye candy? Does the fact that they explode mean they do more damage or some other sort, or they interrupt, or anything else, or is that just purely cosmetic? I am assuming its cosmetic, and if that is the case, again, Why would anyone chose Ignite over Kindle?

The exploding hits opponents adjacent to your target. Couple that with dual shot and you have decent AoE damage. Kindle arrow only hits one target.
