Thank you for taking the time to read my thread. Before you read any further, please remember that this guild, or proto-Guild as Mark and I would explain it, is only in its childhood. My MMORPG experience is subsequently not very insignificant, albeit not considerable either, so if you wanted any reassurance of my status as guild leader then I hope you find me a trustable one. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me in game or on the forums, and although there is no site to discuss our affairs yet, we can use other forms of communication. Now that you know a little bit more about the guild, I will make clear the authority I and the other Guild Elders have.
- Before any investigation can materialize, there must be conclusive evidence that wrongdoings have occured.
- Once the misdemeanour has been proven committed by this individual, a meeting must be held between the Guild Elders to discuss further the situation, and whether or not the action was justifiable will be taken into accord.
- If the individual is proven guilty, then and only then can the punishment be decided. Depending on the severity of the misdemeanour, the Guild Elders will decide what punishment is suitable.
- The vote of Guild Elders has not to be unanimous, but rather 75% of the Guild Elders has to vote the individual guilty.
- This list can be edited at any time, and by joining the guild, you agree to abide by it.
Before I confuse you even more, I will tell you right now only one Guild Elder has been picked (Mark Skylier). Only honorable individuals can be chosen as Guild Elders. I will elaborate on this later.
