WTB -2/-2 Tall Shield (req 10 or less) and cheap unIDed weapons

Those who know me know I have been looking for a tall shield -2 damage enchanted and -2 damage in a stance for a long time. These shields are not particularly valuable, but I really want one to complete a collection. Somebody has to have a max armor tall shield req 10 or less with -2/-2 (I'd also be interested in -2/-3 (hexed) if such a thing exists).

My other request is more of a curiosity. I have unlocked all the skills and runes in the game, but there are still some weapon upgrades I have yet to unlock. If anyone has cheap gold unIDed items they'd like to sell, I'll buy in bulk the golds and purples that aren't popular weapon models, aren't max damage, and so forth. I don't plan to spend a fortune on these (as I always believed that PvE was the best way to get skills, playing the market was the best way to unlock runes, and PvP faction is the best way to unlock weapon mods), but I want to accelerate the process of unlocking those remaining weapon mods.
