Just something I have been playing around with in PvP. Works pretty well and I wanted to get some input from others to help make it better.
PvP Mes/Mo Energy Denial/Smiter for Random 4X4
Illusion 10 +2 (Hat and minor)
Inspiration 11 +3
Smiting 10
Anything left in Domination (Might as well extend Hex Breaker a little)
Arcane Echo
Energy Drain {E}
Energy Tap
Ether Feast
Hex Breaker
Distortion (For Team PvP, Tombs Signet of Humility)
Balthazar's Aura
Res Sig (For Team PvP, Tombs use a hard Res)
For Team PvP, Tombs, drop the points in Illusion and spread them between Inspiration, Smiting, and some in Fast Casting. Also, replace Distortion with Signet of Humility.
The idea is to drain 40ish from a primary target, hit a secondary target for 20ish, and use Sig of Humility to cripple a third person's elite. All the stolen energy can be used to throw around Balth's Aura on your warrior or on someone under attack.

Since you have fast casting, I'd replace Res Sig with a Restore Life or Ressurect. Its always useful for a team to have at least 1 hard-res spell.

Good idea there. I'll plan to switch Sig for a hard Res when I go team PvP, tombs. When I run random 4x4 I don't use Fast Cast so I'll keep it Sig in that build.

in PvP it is not advisable to bring anything other than sig. rare are the times where you ca use a hard res spell no matter how fast it takes to cast them you are asking for the person you res to be killied right away.
res sig is good enough. hard reses just do not give enough HP to make them worthwihle

let me amend that to 4v4 i meant to say that lol but forgot tombs it is OK to bring hard res but in 4v4 arena you are just asking for your teamate to end up on his but again

Who IS able to put a dozen of points in Fast casting and so decrease 8 seconds to 4,76 seconds, that's how it is for most res spells neways.
