PC Nearly Perfect Gold Falchion with 15% dmg while enchanted.

Can anyone please tell me how much i should try to sell it for?



Gold Furious Falchion of Shelter
Slashing dmg: 15-22 (req. 12 swordmanship)
Damage+15% (while enchanted)
Double Adrenaline on Hit (9% chance)
Armor +7 (vs physical attacks)

50-60k since its damage while enchanted and the req is really pretty high.
plus the fact that it's a falchion also throws the demand down.

You'd have a hard time selling it at all.
It took me weeks to find a buyer for a 15% enchanted 11 req falchion at 30k.
