can someone tell me if this is true or not... ok i heard that you can get yellow dye by using a dye remover on standard(starter) armor well it dident work is this rumor true or did i do it wrong?......also does anyone know how to make cool colors by mixing dyes? like lime green? if you know how to make pretty cool colors post!

well some armors are dyed when you buy them, and will change if you use dye remover, tormentor necro armor(for the male at least) is green when you get it, but if you use dye remover it turns red.

I think if you use Dye Remover on rare gold drops you can get Gold Dye.

I used dye remover on my Ranger's Fur Lined Armour and did not get any dye. But it did remove that repulsive blue! Also, I tried this on my Necro's Bone Lace Armour and nothing happened. It stayed red. I haven't tried dye remover on drop items, blue, purple, or gold. Might be interesting to hear if there was actually someone that has done it succesfully, as the past few purple drops I got where not that good of a weapon anyways.

OK, you AREN'T supposed to get dye back when you use dye remover, if you read Audhumla's post. And the color/rarity of a weapon (light blue, purple, gold) has absolutely nothing to do with dye. That is all.
