Listing of Guild Leaders and contact info

I made a post in the Questions and Answers section and after posting, thougt this was a better place for this question.

Is there anywhere that lists Guilds by Alphabetic order and List the Guild Leader or contact info ?

Say you wanted to solicit an invite from a particular guild. You could look up the guild, see who the leader was to contact for website or recruiting info.
Or if you had a problem with a player you could ask the leader to resolve the issue.
I just think a guild Listing with the Leaders and optional contact info would be a great asset to the game.

How long does this Update ? The American Guild im searching for isnt on it.

I submitted my guilds info about a 5 days ago. (AOA) Army of Apocalypse.

They may not know about this listing. Each guild has to submit thier own information to the list.
