I'm sure everybody is sick of joining a group for a mission, and then at the end(more often than not through the entire mission)a group member decides that "lol i dun ned 2 lisen 2 u" and then goes and aggros 5000 monsters and gets the group killed and then whines in team chat for a rez.
A way to rate other people based on how they play would be great, people who act like idiots in groups would be ranked poorly, while people who pay attention and listen get a good rate from people. There is one very serious problem with this however; there will be people, most likely the aforementioned idiots, that will get together to rate down a person who plays just fine.

My solution to the problem is to use the A+ henchmen all the way!

Good attempt, yes it would be useful. But more bad would happen than good.

Easy counter. You start off with 1 point of rating to give to someone. For each mission you complete, you get 1 point. If you get negative feedback, you lose points. I can see this being abused a little, but it still needs a little more refining on this.
