WTB 8-10% furious axe haft

hey guys im looking to buy an 8-10% furious axe haft. i dont intend to pay a large sum of money, as these upgrades are generally not worth much and no one really wants them. i like em though, so im buying one. i dont want a 10%, because sellers seem to go gaga with prices on perfects, even if the item is not in demand at all. ill take a 10 only if the price is cheap. my ign is rugged beard. thanks
