How do i add the pictures to the thread?

I have made a paint picture for the sell gallery.I cant work out how to add it to the text. Is it that insert image button and if so what so i type to add it??

Scroll down to 'Additional Options' after clicking the 'Reply' button. Click 'manage attachments' and you'll see valid file extensions right there, for your info. Upload a picture, close the window, and post. You can also use Image Shack to host pictures for you.

Note, max width for pictures is 640 pixels, forum policy.
