I didnt even know that there were rods like this, I have been buying and selling Holy staffs and rods and never seen anything even like this before.
I got it for 7k Unided then Ided it. Just wanted to see what u people thought of it.

great deal for the UnId'd for $7K, but the -1 on that rod makes it worthless to me.

There are 2 collector items that are similar to this, +15 Energy, -1 regen. They are without the faster recharge mod though. They don't come with max damage but who cares.

One is just outside of Quarrel Falls, the other is in Kessex Peaks.
