PC on a 7 req max dmg gold longsword 15% while enchanted (10/10 sundering)

I'd like a general idea of how much this sword is worth.

7 req is cool, but 15 w/enchanted is kinda so so :<
I would say 160K for the sword itself

+ 100k for the sundering mod

I'm not sure its worth even that, and I absolutely love the gold long sword and have several different perfect variations of it in my collection. The problem is that most people who prefer a req 7 over a req 8 are looking for something obviously and extraordinarily rare, and as long as they are collecting and looking for a req 7, they also want it to be 15>50 on the mod. The vast majority of people don't care at all, and the majority of people are what dictate the market.

I'd put the sword at closer to 125K without the sundering mod and 225K with the mod.
