Tombs W/Mo build
karunpav
The all-too-common W/Mo build has been a favorite for several gamers, but not so much in the Tombs of Primeval Kings. I've been struggling with this build in PvP, and I was wondering if a more experienced player could give me a few pointers on what a good build would be.

Anyone have any ideas at all?

I have only ever used the following in Arenas, but I'm sure it could work in tombs as well, its just that I usually only play monks in tombs.
W/Mo- Axe User
12+4 Axe
10 Smiting
8+1 Strength
Eviscerate/Dismember
Axe Rake (or the one that cripples if that isn't it)
Penetrating Blow/Cleave if you don't have Eviscerate
Disrupting Chop
Smite Hex - for annoying slowdown hexes like Imagined Burden, and the odd Faintheartedness
Mend Ailment- for blind
Strength of Honor
Rez Signet
The common misconception in PvP with the warrior is that you are a tank. Wrong. Your job is to disrupt and damage the casters. When you are chasing a monk, you are doing your job. When you are using Gladiator's Defense and Healing Signet to get the better of another warrior, you are failing miserably. Now, since you are aiming at Tombs, Mend Ailment and Smite Hex can be removed for more axe attacks or maybe even some smite attacks, since you should have a protection monk in your party to remove conditions and the like.
Hope this helps!

Since we're talking 8 vs 8, I would suggest to take another rezz then the signet

Zelda, thanks for the build; Queto, thanks for the advice; Fr3sH, I've taken that into consideration and made a W/E KD/AS warrior as well. Over all, thanks for this, I appreciate it.

Here's a build that's actually good:
Frenzy
Penetrating Blow
Eviscerate
Executioner's Strike
Disrupting Chop
Sprint
Strength of Honor
Res Signet
16 Axe
9 Strength
10 Smiting
You can abuse refunds to bump Smiting to 11 before casting Strength of Honor.
