I hear alot going on!

NR nerfed? i read a few threads and still havent figured out WHAT was nerfed,

Europe servers going down?

Care to fill me in on what i missed?

You could just read what ANet has said.

All the euros are pissed because they can't EARN favor so they complain. A lot of them switched to America.
