Gold Deadly Cesta Anyone know?

I recently picked up a deadly cesta that says it it worth 364 g in the desert. The stats on it are cold dmg, 11-22 and improves skill recharge using domination magic skills. (chance 15%). I'm a ranger so I have no idea what that means. I've found some pretty good items in the game but never anything even close to this as far as the value in my inv. window.

Can anyone tell me why it's worth so much?

Gold items are usually worth 200-500g to the merchant It's a gold item... thing.

gold items are just worth more,but since that probably has a necro requirement, and it improves recharge on a mesmer skill, i wouldnt count on getting too much from a player for it.

Hang on to it for awhile. Save it for a Guildmate or a good friend. It is worth something. More then just selling it back to the Trader. When I see a Gold item that is showing its worth at $364.00 Trader Gold pieces then it would be worth something to someone.

I made a new character that I am using for storage. I put things like that on that character for the time being.
