Better Support

I think GW could use a better support system. Almost anything you send them is replied to with "We appreciate your feedback, etc." Try a topic with "I DID UR MOM" and they'd still reply with that I bet. When you're on a ledge, don't count on GW support for help. Atleast people at Guild Wars Guru are nice enough to help with most things.
