access key doesn't work

i bought the collector's edition, scratched off the access key and have entered it 5 or 6 times and every time it tells me that my key is invalid and to visit the guild wars support website for help.

so visit tech support there is nothin we can do here excpet tell you to make sure you put it in right

Also, if you've been inputting it with caps-lock on, try doing it without- that seems to have been the problem for another poster with a similar problem yesterday.
