Invalid game key for commercial release

So I get the commercial release of Guild Wars today, install it, scratch off they coating on the key, enter the key and...

Invalid key!

I know damn well that I entered the right key code, I even tried switching around the letters/numbers that could be similar (I.E. 0 and O). I'm pretty unhappy about this seeing as how I just spend (wasted?) $50 getting this game. I already sent a message to the Guild Wars website (I hate those sort of support set ups!) but I have a feeling I won't be getting help any time soon. They should have an 800 number instead of what feels like a petition system from EQ (that never ever worked right).

Anyways, has anyone else had this problem?

Despite the fact that the key code is in caps on the bar you need to make sure that your capslock is off. That was my problem so if anyone else is having the same problem as I was check your caps.
